Trevor Hedberg is affiliated with the Postdoctoral Scholars Program in the Social Sciences and Humanities. He joined the department in Fall 2017 after earning his Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee. In the past, he has published articles on topics in environmental ethics, marketing ethics, epistemology, and philosophy of religion. His current research focuses on what morally ought to be done in response to ongoing environmental problems such as climate change and biodiversity loss. Trevor is especially interested in the ways that population growth contributes to these problems and the implications of its contribution for the ethics of procreation.
